Upon sending the request, the user is prompted to a PayPal authorization form allowing to book the service right through the app. When the form is sent, both the user and the customer support receive notifying emails.

Specifically, the support representatives receive a payment authorization verifying that funds are available and placed on hold for a certain amount of time.

Either way, the procedure gets quicker and simpler as the user only needs to type in the flight information, their name, the number of persons traveling with them, the number of bags, phone number and additional information, if any.
